Toppings (optional): Better Than Bacon Topper
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place broccoli in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover; microwave on high 2 min, or until tender-crisp.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine cream cheese, 1⁄4 cup cheddar cheese, and dip mix.
- Place shredded chicken over broccoli, then spread cream cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle on remaining 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered 15 min, or until heated through. Shake on topper, if desired.
Serve with 1 cup cooked rice, pasta, or roasted potatoes.
